Historic town centre
Bellersen is located in the uniquely beautiful Bruchttal valley on the edge of extensive woodlands. Under the motto "Nature and culture in the village", the state-recognised resort of Bellersen presents itself with attractions relating to village renewal.
Guests will find an "adventure trail for the development of the senses" according to Hugo Kückelhaus as well as an "agricultural history circular hiking trail". In the Werkhaus (tourist information centre) and the Kreativhof, you can let your creativity run wild. The village pond, water treading pool, riding, hiking and cycling trails are a matter of course.

The permanent exhibition "Village Museum" is extremely interesting. Wild horses, old breeds of cattle and pigs on the pasture and horse-drawn carriage rides invite the romantics. Experts consider the "Mühlengrund" motorhome harbour to be one of the most beautiful places in Germany. The more adventurous can visit one of the largest apiaries in Germany. Local fruit is distilled into sought-after fruit brandies in two show distilleries. Literature fans will know that Bellersen achieved international fame as "Village B" of the "Jew's Beech" by the Westphalian poet Annette von Droste-Hülshoff.
