You can expect a comfortably furnished, newly renovated vacation apartment on the first floor with a large terrace and garden on the outskirts of the village with a view of the fields and the surrounding area.

The apartment is equipped with: 
Bedroom with a large double bed (2 x 2 m), a crib is available on request
A fully equipped kitchen with cozy dining area and sofa
Living room with sofa, armchairs, wardrobes and TV
Bathroom with walk-in shower (handicapped accessible, with shower chair on request), separate toilet. Large terrace with garden furniture, for the little guests there is play equipment in the garden (sandpit, nest swing, tricycle, Hollywood swing, etc.)
For your bike there is a parking space and a charging facility. 

The apartment is located in the middle of the beautiful Weserbergland below the Köterberg in a quiet location on the outskirts with beautiful views of the surrounding area. Only a few minutes away from the apartment is a cycle path that leads through the picturesque nature of the surrounding area. The Weser cycle path can be reached in approx. 20 minutes. Smaller and larger hikes can start directly from the apartment. A restaurant is very close by and within walking distance. 
The historic old town of Höxter with its medieval ramparts and half-timbered houses is only seven kilometers away. The Corvey World Heritage Site is located in the immediate vicinity of Höxter. Both Höxter and Corvey are located directly on the Weser cycle path. From the Köterberg you can enjoy a fantastic view in good weather. If you like it sporty, there are extensive hiking and cycling trails, a canoe tour on the Weser or an adventure in the high ropes course in Silberborn. 
For younger guests, you will find attractive playgrounds on the site of the former State Garden Show, now the Huxarium Garden Park.
