In the mill store in Boffzen you can taste and buy the oils from the family business's own production. All the oilseeds and nuts used for production come from certified organic farming. In addition to selling the products, advice, extensive information, recipe ideas and tips for using the oils are offered.

The show garden in the outdoor area of the site invites you to linger among herbs, flowers, spices and oil plants.
There are also two camper van parking spaces on the site. A power supply is available during the opening hours of Ölmühle Solling, just ask a member of staff.

Besichtigungen des Mühlengartens und Seminare im Seminarraum sind möglich. Aufgrund der Hygienemaßnahmen infolge der Corona-Pandemie ist eine Besichtigung der Manufaktur nicht ohne Weiteres möglich. Nach Anmeldung werden regulär auch Informationsveranstaltungen rund um das Thema Öl angeboten, zudem gibt es Kochkurse bei regionalen Volkshochschulen.
